Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests promptly with a warm, friendly attitude.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them to the kitchen.
- Serve meals and drinks in a timely, professional manner.
- Ensure tables are clean, set, and well-stocked throughout service.
- Handle cash and card payments, issue invoices, and maintain correct change.
- Address guest inquiries, special requests, and complaints courteously.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow.
- Maintain hygiene and safety standards in the dining area at all times.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a waitress, server, or in a similar F&B role (minimum 1 year preferred).
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation with a pleasant, positive demeanor.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment under pressure.
- Flexibility to work shifts including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Basic math skills for handling payments and change.
- Knowledge of food and beverage menus, including allergens and dietary requirements.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian or other languages is a plus.
