Responsibilities
- Supervise daily waste collection, transportation, and processing operations.
- Coordinate with transportation teams to ensure timely and efficient waste movement.
- Monitor compliance with local environmental regulations and company sustainability policies.
- Implement waste reduction and recycling initiatives to minimize landfill usage.
- Train and mentor staff on safety procedures, proper handling techniques, and operational best practices.
- Prepare regular reports on waste volumes, processing efficiency, and key performance metrics for management review.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in waste management, environmental services, or related field.
- Strong understanding of waste transportation logistics and processing facilities.
- Knowledge of Indonesian environmental regulations and sustainability standards.
- Proven ability to supervise teams and coordinate multi-disciplinary workflows.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in using basic data reporting tools and MS Office applications.
