Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through referrals, virtual networking, and company-provided resources.
- Conduct virtual consultations to assess client financial needs and recommend appropriate insurance plans.
- Clearly explain policy terms, coverage, exclusions, and benefits to prospective clients.
- Process applications, manage paperwork, and coordinate with underwriting teams.
- Provide ongoing customer service including policy renewals, endorsements, and claims assistance.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain high customer satisfaction ratings.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor products, and company offerings.
- Attend regular virtual training sessions and team meetings to enhance skills.
Qualifications
- No previous insurance experience required—full product and sales training is provided.
- College graduate or currently enrolled in college (or equivalent work experience).
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Comfortable using computers, smartphones, and basic software (CRM systems, Zoom, email).
- Willingness to obtain an insurance license (training and exam fees are sponsored).
- Resident of Metro Manila or willing to work Philippine business hours from home.
- Must have a reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.
