Job Description

The Municipal Government of Bacolor, Pampanga is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Youth Development Officer II to join its team in the Ilocos Region. This position is crucial in our commitment to fostering youth empowerment and community development in the region.

As a Youth Development Officer II, you will be tasked with designing, implementing, and evaluating youth programs that address the diverse needs of young individuals. Key responsibilities include conducting community assessments, facilitating training and workshops, providing technical assistance to youth organizations, and monitoring project progress. Responsibilities

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, Community Development, or a related field
  • At least one (1) year of relevant experience in youth development, social services, or community work
  • Completion of at least eight (8) hours of relevant training in youth development or related areas
  • Career Service Professional or equivalent eligibility (required)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
  • Willingness to be assigned in the Ilocos Region
