Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain accurate client account records and financial documentation
- Process invoices, receipts, and payment transactions in a timely manner
- Reconcile account discrepancies and resolve billing issues efficiently
- Prepare and submit weekly and monthly financial reports for management review
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities as required
- Liaise with clients and internal teams to address account-related queries
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial information
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in accounting or administrative roles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
- Familiarity with accounting software such as AutoCount or Sage
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Effective communication abilities in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
