Responsibilities

  • Manage daily accounting entries and ensure the accuracy of financial records.
  • Perform bank reconciliations and monitor accounts payable and receivable.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports and management statements.
  • Maintain and organize electronic and physical filing systems for audit compliance.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to track expense claims and invoices.
  • Support the finance team in year-end closing processes and tax documentation.
  • Ensure all financial transactions comply with company policies and local regulations.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or accounting support role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., SQL, Xero, or SAP).
