Responsibilities

  • Assist with daily accounting operations, including invoicing, data entry, and expense reconciliation.
  • Process sales orders, prepare quotations, and generate sales reports with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Maintain and update financial records, ensuring compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling appointments and managing correspondence.
  • Handle customer inquiries related to accounts, orders, and general information, providing timely and professional assistance.
  • Support month-end closing activities and assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
  • Manage general office administrative tasks, including filing, record-keeping, and procurement of office supplies.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of proven experience in an accounts support, sales administration, or similar administrative role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and experience with accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks).
