Responsibilities

  • Manage daily financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.
  • Prepare and maintain financial records, reports, and reconciliations.
  • Assist in budgeting and forecasting for retail operations.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to ensure accurate invoicing and payment tracking.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock reconciliation.
  • Support management in compliance with financial regulations.
  • Provide general administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in accounting and administration, preferably in retail.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in financial data entry.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good communication skills in English and Malay.
