Job Description

Tropical Charters Sdn Bhd is seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Account Executive to support our Finance Department in delivering end‑to‑end accounting services for our growing aviation charter business. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full cycle of Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with company policies and Malaysian financial regulations.

You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including operations and senior management, to maintain robust financial records, reconcile accounts, and support month‑end and year‑end closing activities. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast‑paced environment, demonstrates strong analytical skills, and has a passion for continuous improvement in financial processes.

Key responsibilities include processing invoices, tracking payments, managing supplier accounts, preparing detailed financial reports, and assisting with audit preparations. Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable processes
  • Process and record invoices, payments, and receipts accurately
  • Reconcile account balances and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review
  • Assist in month‑end and year‑end closing activities, including journal entries and accruals

Qualifications
