Responsibilities
- Manage full-set accounting functions, including AP/AR and general ledger maintenance.
- Ensure timely and accurate month-end closing processes and financial reporting.
- Perform bank and balance sheet reconciliations to maintain ledger integrity.
- Coordinate with tax agents and auditors to ensure statutory compliance.
- Monitor cash flow and assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting.
- Maintain proper filing systems and documentation for audit readiness.
- Assist management with ad-hoc financial analysis and process improvements.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (ACCA/CIMA students are encouraged to apply).
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in a similar accounting role.
- Strong analytical skills with a meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SQL, UBS, or cloud-based platforms) and Microsoft Excel.
- Good time management skills with the ability to meet strict deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate financial information clearly.
- High level of integrity and professional ethics.
