Responsibilities

  • Manage and nurture a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
  • Prepare accurate financial statements, reports, and reconciliations in compliance with accounting standards.
  • Assist in tax planning, preparation, and filing for clients.
  • Conduct regular financial reviews and provide strategic advice to clients.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to deliver comprehensive accounting solutions.
  • Identify opportunities for additional services and contribute to business growth.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of accounting regulations and industry trends.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA/ACCA preferred).
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an accounting or client management role.
  • Strong understanding of Malaysian accounting standards and tax regulations.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or MYOB) and advanced MS Excel skills.
