Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through market research and networking.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve or exceed monthly sales targets.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align offerings with market demand.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and forecast future revenue using CRM tools.
- Provide regular performance reports and insights to senior management.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Accounting, or a related field.
- Proven track record in sales or account management, preferably within the accounting or financial services sector.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and relationship‑building abilities.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.
- Self‑motivated, target‑driven, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
