Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain accurate financial records and accounts receivable/payable.
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local accounting regulations.
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders regarding financial matters.
- Process invoices, bills, and bank reconciliations accurately.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an accounting or finance role.
- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, MYOB, Xero).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
