Private Advertiser is a dynamic and growing organization in Shah Alam, seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Account Executive to join our esteemed finance team. Key Responsibilities
As an integral member of our team, you will take ownership of the full accounting cycle. Your role will be pivotal in maintaining financial health and supporting strategic business decisions through accurate reporting and compliance.
- Manage the full set of accounts (AP, AR, GL) and ensure timely month-end closing.
- Prepare monthly management reports, variance analysis, and financial statements.
- Ensure strict compliance with Malaysian tax laws, SST, and statutory requirements.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and regulatory bodies.
- Process monthly payroll, claims, and statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB).
- Monitor cash flow and prepare cash flow forecasts and bank reconciliations.
- Assist in budget preparation and periodic financial projections.
- Continuously improve accounting procedures and internal controls.

Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A professional qualification (ACCA, CIMA, CPA) is highly advantageous.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of working experience in a similar accounting role.
- Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SQL, Autocount, SAP, or QuickBooks) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Excellent knowledge of Malaysian tax laws, SST, and corporate tax regulations.
- High level of integrity, meticulous attention to detail, and strong analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and meet strict reporting deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is required; proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.
