Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain accurate financial records and general ledger accounts.
  • Process accounts payable and receivable invoices efficiently and timely.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Coordinate with the operations team to monitor inventory levels and costing.
  • Prepare and review purchase orders and receipts for accuracy and compliance.
  • Handle customer inquiries and vendor communications regarding billing and payments.

Qualifications
