Responsibilities

  • Manage daily accounting tasks including data entry, filing, and processing of invoices.
  • Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) to ensure timely payments and collections.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate full sets of accounts and monthly management reports.
  • Perform monthly bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow movements.
  • Assist in the preparation and submission of statutory requirements including EPF, SOCSO, and PCB.
  • Support the annual audit process by preparing necessary schedules and liaising with external auditors.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company financial policies.

Qualifications

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accountancy, or a related field.
  • Professional certification (LCCI, ACCA, or CPA) is highly advantageous.
  • Minimum 1–3 years of working experience in accounting or bookkeeping.
  • Proficiency in accounting software such as SQL, AutoCount, or SAP is preferred.
  • Strong command of Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
  • Detailed-oriented with a high degree of accuracy in numerical data processing.
  • Ability to work independently and meet tight reporting deadlines.
