You will also generate management reports, monitor cash flow, and assist with budgeting and forecasting. The role requires strong data accuracy, effective communication with internal teams, and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities
- Manage the full set of accounts, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliations
- Assist with payroll processing, statutory contributions, and payroll reporting
- Prepare monthly management reports, cash flow monitoring, and balance sheet reconciliations
- Maintain orderly vendor and customer records and coordinate month-end close
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial data analysis for management
- Ensure compliance with local accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal controls
- Support internal and external audits by providing accurate documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and efficiency
Qualifications
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 1-3 years of hands-on experience in accounting, ideally with full set accounting, payroll, and reporting
- Knowledge of Malaysian payroll, EPF, SOCSO, PCB, and statutory requirements
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., MYOB, QuickBooks, Xero, or ERP systems)
- Strong accuracy, attention to detail, and time management skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities; bilingual in English and Malay preferred
- Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Ethics-first mindset with a proactive approach to problem solving
