Responsibilities
- Manage full set accounting cycle including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statement preparation
- Ensure compliance with SST regulations and handle tax filings accurately
- Implement and maintain e-invoicing systems for seamless transaction processing
- Oversee end-to-end payroll processing including salary calculations, statutory contributions, and employee benefits
- Manage accounts payable/receivable to optimize cash flow and vendor relationships
- Prepare financial reports and analysis for management decision-making
- Monitor financial controls and implement process improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (ACCA/CIMA preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in full set accounting, SST compliance, and payroll processing
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Excel
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian tax regulations and accounting standards
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proven ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Experience with e-invoicing systems implementation
