Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand our property listing portfolio.
- Proactively prospect, qualify, and acquire new property agent and developer accounts.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders in the real estate sector.
- Conduct professional presentations and product demonstrations of 99 Group's digital solutions.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales KPIs and revenue targets.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies and identify new opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and high-quality service for all clients.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development.
- Strong understanding of the property market or digital advertising industry is a significant advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Proven track record of hitting sales targets and managing a healthy sales pipeline.
- Self-motivated professional with the ability to work independently in a target-driven environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and standard office productivity tools.
