Responsibilities
- Manage and cultivate relationships with a portfolio of key corporate clients, focusing on larger accounts within the professional services sector.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, understanding their business objectives and specific accounting or advisory service needs.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services, driving revenue growth within existing accounts.
- Prepare and present compelling proposals and solutions tailored to client requirements, often involving complex financial or business matters.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (e.g., operations, finance, audit) to ensure seamless service delivery and exceptional client satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and service improvements.
- Provide regular reports on account status, sales forecasts, and client feedback to management.
- Conduct professional business communications and negotiations fluently in Mandarin with clients as required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Proven track record of 3+ years in account management, sales, or business development, preferably within a professional services environment (e.g., accounting, consulting, audit).
- Fluent in spoken and written Mandarin and English to effectively communicate with a diverse client base.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and grow large, complex client accounts, exhibiting strong strategic thinking.
- Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced, client-centric environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Possess a valid driving license and own transport (preferred for client visits).
