As a trusted partner to our clients, you will lead the end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to closing, tailoring our advisory solutions to meet client goals. You will work closely with our HR and accounting professionals to craft compelling proposals, present value-driven findings, and deliver a seamless onboarding experience for new accounts. The successful candidate is highly motivated, customer-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced, results-oriented setting.

Responsibilities
- Build and manage a healthy pipeline of prospective clients across the West Region.
- Lead discovery calls, needs assessments, and tailored solution presentations for HR and accounting advisory services.
- Develop compelling proposals, negotiate terms, and close new business while maintaining relationships for renewals.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, forecast activities, and report on performance against targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver client-ready engagements and ensure successful onboarding.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to company growth.
- Provide exceptional post-sale support, monitor client satisfaction, and identify upsell opportunities.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activity, and industry best practices.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of B2B sales, account management, or business development experience, preferably in HR, staffing, or advisory services.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Proven track record of building relationships with executives and decision-makers.
- Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office; comfortable with data-driven selling.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently in a regional territory.
- Customer-focused mindset with a consultative sales approach and excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Eligibility to work in Singapore and willingness to travel within the West Region as needed.
