Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation of daily financial entries and maintain accurate accounting records.
  • Perform data entry for accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
  • Support the finance team with month-end closing activities and bank reconciliation.
  • Prepare and organize financial documentation for internal audit purposes.
  • Monitor and track company expenses to ensure adherence to budgetary guidelines.
  • Communicate with vendors and clients regarding billing inquiries and payment status.
  • Prepare periodic financial reports to support management decision-making.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply; prior internship experience is a plus.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic knowledge of accounting software.
