Responsibilities

  • Help with month-end and year-end closing activities and financial reporting
  • Process and verify receipts, expense claims, and supplier invoices accurately
  • Assist in maintaining organized financial records and filing systems
  • Participate in bank reconciliation and cash management procedures
  • Support the team in preparing documentation for audits and compliance requirements
  • Contribute to general administrative tasks within the finance department as needed

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles, concepts, and bookkeeping practices
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word
  • Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in numerical data entry
  • Good organizational and time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
