Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned buyers to ensure seamless order fulfillment and communication.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through regular check-ins and professional service.
- Accurately capture, process, and monitor customer orders to ensure timely delivery and satisfaction.
- Analyze historical data and market trends to provide accurate demand forecasting for clients and internal teams.
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling within existing accounts to meet sales targets.
- Resolve client issues and complaints promptly to maintain a high level of trust and service quality.
- Collaborate with the logistics and production departments to ensure client requirements are met.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and transaction history within the CRM system.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in account management, B2B sales, or client relations.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and accounts simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at various levels.
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel for demand forecasting and sales reporting.
- Familiarity with CRM software and modern sales management tools.
- High level of integrity and a professional demeanor in handling confidential client information.
- Currently residing in or willing to relocate to Sidoarjo, Jawa Timur.
