Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive B2B sales strategies to achieve business objectives and revenue targets in the raw materials sector.
- Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients and suppliers in the Food & Beverage industry.
- Identify new business opportunities and market trends to expand the company's product portfolio and market reach.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals to ensure high performance and career development.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to maximize profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal departments including procurement, logistics, and finance to streamline operations and resolve issues.
- Analyze sales data and prepare detailed reports on performance metrics, forecasts, and market analysis for senior management.
- Represent the company at industry exhibitions, conferences, and client meetings to enhance brand recognition.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (S1) in Business Administration, Marketing, Food Technology, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B sales, with a strong preference for experience in FMCG, raw materials, or the Food & Beverage industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing successful business partnerships.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, SAP).
- Deep understanding of the FMCG raw materials landscape, procurement processes, and supply chain dynamics.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and spoken.
- Willingness to travel extensively across the Tangerang Selatan region and throughout Indonesia as required.
