Responsibilities
- Assist senior account managers in managing and growing a portfolio of client accounts.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and client needs.
- Support the preparation of sales proposals, presentations, and contracts.
- Communicate regularly with clients to ensure satisfaction and address inquiries.
- Track sales activities and update CRM systems with accurate data.
- Participate in internal sales meetings and contribute to strategy discussions.
- Help monitor key performance indicators and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
- Coordinate with marketing and creative teams to deliver integrated solutions.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelorâs degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastâpaced environment.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problemâsolving abilities.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is advantageous.
- Eagerness to learn, adapt, and take initiative in a professional setting.
