Responsibilities
- Manage daily account activities including collections, payment monitoring, and account reconciliation.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with debtors and potential debtors through regular communication and visits.
- Provide prompt and professional customer service, addressing inquiries, concerns, and payment arrangements.
- Conduct credit evaluations and background checks for potential customers to assess risk and eligibility.
- Negotiate payment terms and collection strategies to minimize overdue accounts and improve portfolio quality.
- Prepare and submit accurate reports on account status, collections progress, and debtor feedback.
- Coordinate with internal teams (credit, legal, operations) to resolve account issues and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities for other Hino Finance products and services.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree (S1) in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1–2 years of experience as an Account Officer, Collection Officer, or similar role in financial services or automotive financing.
- Strong understanding of credit analysis, collection processes, and customer relationship management.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both Indonesian and English (oral and written).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with accounting/CRM software is a plus.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Possess a valid SIM C (motorcycle license) and willing to travel within Samarinda and surrounding areas.
- High level of integrity, attention to detail, and ability to handle sensitive financial information.
