Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities with potential debtors in the Semarang area.
- Maintain and nurture strong, professional relationships with existing clients to ensure customer loyalty and retention.
- Conduct regular field visits to monitor accounts and gather essential documentation.
- Manage the end-to-end administration of account files, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal financial policies.
- Provide prompt and efficient customer service, acting as the primary point of contact for financial inquiries.
- Analyze debtor payment patterns and implement effective strategies to minimize late payments or defaults.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, account health, and market trends for management review.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, credit administration, or relationship management, preferably within the automotive or leasing industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic financial documentation management.
- Resilient, target-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently in the field.
- Possess a valid driver’s license (SIM C or A) and own a vehicle for daily mobility.
- Deep understanding of the local market in Semarang and surrounding regions is a distinct advantage.
