Responsibilities

  • Process and verify all supplier invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies
  • Maintain and reconcile accounts payable sub-ledger and general ledger accounts
  • Process employee expense claims and reimbursement payments in a timely manner
  • Reconcile monthly statements from suppliers and resolve any discrepancies
  • Assist in the preparation of payment runs and cash flow management
  • Maintain organized filing system for all financial documents and invoices
  • Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve invoice-related queries
  • Support the finance team during month-end and year-end closing activities

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Certificate in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in accounts payable or bookkeeping roles
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and Word
  • Familiarity with accounting software or ERP systems is advantageous
  • Strong numerical aptitude and keen attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Good interpersonal and communication abilities
