Responsibilities
- Monitor and track departmental budgets to ensure strict adherence to financial guidelines.
- Manage the timely settlement of vendor invoices in accordance with agreed-upon credit terms.
- Act as the primary point of contact for vendor inquiries regarding payment status and billing discrepancies.
- Verify and process fixed payment vouchers accurately within the SAP system.
- Perform regular account reconciliations to ensure the accuracy of financial data.
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve payment-related issues and documentation gaps.
- Assist in the month-end closing process by ensuring all payables are processed in a timely manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates with a strong academic background are highly encouraged to apply.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle professional correspondence.
- Highly organized, analytical, and capable of meeting tight deadlines.
- Experience or certification in SAP or other ERP systems is considered a significant advantage.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; additional language proficiency is a plus.
