Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat regarding account issues, billing, and service requests.
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns efficiently, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Accurately document all interactions, updates, and resolutions in the company’s CRM system.
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate department or senior team member.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including customer satisfaction, response time, and quality scores.
- Collaborate with team members to identify recurring issues and suggest process improvements.
- Assist with account setup, modifications, and verification as needed.
Qualifications
- At least Senior High School graduate (SHS) or equivalent.
- Minimum 6 months of experience in customer service, sales, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with MS Office or similar tools.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work onsite in Roxas City, Capiz.
- Willingness to undergo paid training and work in a rotating shift schedule if required.
- Positive attitude, team player, and eagerness to learn.
