Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle bookkeeping including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
  • Prepare monthly financial reports, bank reconciliations, and tax compliance filings.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the executive team, including calendar management and travel coordination.
  • Assist in the preparation of budget forecasts and operational financial analysis.
  • Facilitate effective communication between departments and external stakeholders.
  • Handle office documentation, records management, and administrative workflows.
  • Prepare presentations, meeting minutes, and correspondence for the management team.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 2-3 years of proven experience in accounting or executive administrative support.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or SAP) and MS Office Suite.
  • Strong understanding of Philippine tax regulations and financial reporting standards.
