Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
- Prepare monthly financial reports, bank reconciliations, and tax compliance filings.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the executive team, including calendar management and travel coordination.
- Assist in the preparation of budget forecasts and operational financial analysis.
- Facilitate effective communication between departments and external stakeholders.
- Handle office documentation, records management, and administrative workflows.
- Prepare presentations, meeting minutes, and correspondence for the management team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of proven experience in accounting or executive administrative support.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or SAP) and MS Office Suite.
- Strong understanding of Philippine tax regulations and financial reporting standards.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and exercise professional discretion.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic office environment.
