Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing and ensure timely disbursement and accurate record-keeping.
- Prepare and post complex journal entries, accruals, and deferrals to the general ledger.
- Perform comprehensive bank and balance sheet reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy.
- Support the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes by preparing financial schedules.
- Generate high-level financial reports and dashboards using NetSuite for management review.
- Monitor and enforce SOX compliance protocols across all financial and payroll operations.
- Collaborate with internal and external auditors to provide necessary documentation and support.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Financial Management, or a related field.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license is highly preferred but not required.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in payroll accounting and financial reporting.
- Hands-on proficiency with NetSuite or similar ERP software is mandatory.
- Strong working knowledge of SOX compliance and internal control frameworks.
- Advanced MS Excel skills (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and complex formulas).
- Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Ability to work onsite in Pasig City on a full-time basis.
