Responsibilities
- Perform daily bookkeeping tasks including recording transactions, maintaining ledgers, and reconciling bank statements.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements, variance analysis, and management reports.
- Process accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely invoice processing and follow‑up on outstanding balances.
- Support payroll administration by gathering timesheets, calculating deductions, and liaising with HR.
- Handle general administrative duties such as filing, scheduling meetings, preparing correspondence, and maintaining office supplies inventory.
- Assist with tax preparation and compliance activities under the guidance of senior accountants.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy of financial operations.
- Maintain confidentiality of financial information and adhere to company policies and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 1‑2 years of experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or administrative support.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and familiarity with accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, or similar).
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
