In this role, you will be an integral part of the finance department, reporting directly to the Accounting Manager. Your primary focus will be on maintaining accurate financial records, managing the accounts payable and receivable cycles, and assisting in the preparation of critical financial statements. Your keen eye for detail will help us maintain compliance and operational efficiency.

Key Duties: From processing high volumes of invoices and performing bank reconciliations to assisting with month-end closing and internal audits, this role offers diverse exposure to the full accounting cycle. You will also liaise with various departments to resolve discrepancies and improve financial processes.

Responsibilities
- Accurately record day-to-day financial transactions in the general ledger.
- Process invoices, verify their accuracy, and ensure timely payments to vendors.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations and monitor cash disbursements.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements.
- Manage accounts receivable by issuing statements and following up on outstanding payments.
- Organize and maintain financial files, records, and supporting documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies and accounting issues.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Management Accounting, or a related finance field.
- At least 1 year of work experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or audit (fresh graduates with strong internships are welcome to apply).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs) and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP).
- Solid understanding of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS).
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain high accuracy levels under pressure.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills in English.
