Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end bookkeeping tasks including recording daily transactions, journal entries, and reconciliation.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual Financial Statements (FS).
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes to ensure healthy cash flow.
- Assist in the preparation and filing of local tax returns and compliance documents.
- Perform bank and credit card reconciliations on a regular basis.
- Collaborate with the management team to identify financial discrepancies and provide data-driven insights.
- Maintain organized and secure digital financial records for multiple client accounts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of proven experience in bookkeeping or general accounting.
- Strong understanding of Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS) and basic taxation.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or equivalent) and MS Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple client deadlines efficiently.
