DMCI Power Corporation, a subsidiary of the DMCI Group, is a leading energy provider in the Philippines committed to delivering reliable and sustainable power solutions. We are currently looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounting Assistant (CPA) to join our finance team in Makati City.
In this role, you will be responsible for implementing robust internal controls, preparing and processing financial documents, and ensuring accuracy in all accounting activities. You will work closely with senior accountants and auditors to maintain the integrity of our financial records and support the company’s growth objectives.

Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor internal control procedures to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with policies.
- Prepare and process financial documents including invoices, vouchers, checks, and bank reconciliations.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and statements.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate recording of transactions.
- Coordinate with external auditors and provide supporting documentation during audit engagements.
- Reconcile general ledger accounts and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Maintain organized filing systems for financial records and support ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license is required.
- At least 1–2 years of relevant accounting experience (fresh graduates with CPA may also apply).
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, internal controls, and financial reporting standards.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar).
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills for cross-department collaboration.
- High level of integrity and professionalism in handling confidential financial data.
