Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain accurate daily financial records and general ledgers.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions in a timely manner.
- Prepare monthly bank reconciliations and verify expense reports.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and audit reports.
- Handle payroll processing and ensure statutory compliance (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG).
- Coordinate with vendors and clients regarding billing inquiries and payments.
- Perform regular data entry and document filing with high attention to detail.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA is an advantage but not required).
- At least 1-2 years of proven work experience in accounting or bookkeeping.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and MS Excel.
- Strong understanding of Philippine accounting standards and tax regulations.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Must be willing to work onsite in Angeles City, Pampanga.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
