Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily accounting transactions, including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger entries.
  • Lead the month‑end and year‑end close process, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
  • Prepare and review financial statements, management reports, and statutory filings in accordance with PSAK and IFRS standards.
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support business planning.
  • Supervise, mentor, and train junior accounting staff to foster team development.
  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations, including VAT, income tax, and other local statutory requirements.
  • Implement and improve internal controls and accounting procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with auditors and external stakeholders during audits and financial reviews.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3‑5 years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK) and familiarity with IFRS.
  • Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced MS Excel skills.
  • Excellent analytical abilities with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
  • Proven leadership or supervisory experience managing a small team.
  • Effective communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
  • CPA or equivalent certification is a plus.
