Responsibilities
- Oversee daily accounting transactions, including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger entries.
- Lead the monthâend and yearâend close process, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Prepare and review financial statements, management reports, and statutory filings in accordance with PSAK and IFRS standards.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support business planning.
- Supervise, mentor, and train junior accounting staff to foster team development.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations, including VAT, income tax, and other local statutory requirements.
- Implement and improve internal controls and accounting procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with auditors and external stakeholders during audits and financial reviews.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 3â5 years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK) and familiarity with IFRS.
- Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical abilities with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Proven leadership or supervisory experience managing a small team.
- Effective communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- CPA or equivalent certification is a plus.
