Responsibilities
- Perform daily accounting reconciliations and ensure the accuracy of financial transactions.
- Conduct regular internal audits to verify compliance with company policies and statutory regulations.
- Prepare comprehensive financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow analysis.
- Monitor financial controls and identify areas for process improvement to increase efficiency and data reliability.
- Coordinate with external auditors during periodic audits to ensure a seamless documentation process.
- Manage accounts payable/receivable cycles with high precision and attention to detail.
- Track and document financial variances, providing analysis to management for proactive decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in accounting, auditing, or financial reporting roles.
- Strong knowledge of Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS) and tax regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, or Xero) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential financial information with discretion.
- Excellent analytical skills with a methodical approach to problem-solving.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Filipino.
