Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans aligned with the Pearson (Edexcel) A-Level curriculum for Accounting, Business, and Economics.
- Assess and evaluate student progress through assignments, exams, and project-based learning, providing constructive feedback.
- Create a positive, inclusive classroom environment that encourages active participation and intellectual curiosity.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers to integrate cross-disciplinary approaches and enhance the overall academic program.
- Participate in school events, parent-teacher meetings, and professional development workshops.
- Guide students in developing real-world business skills and ethical decision-making.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and reports in accordance with school policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Accounting, Business Studies, or a closely related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience, preferably with international curricula such as Pearson (Edexcel) A-Level or IB Diploma.
- Strong command of English, both written and spoken; Indonesian language proficiency is a plus.
- Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
- Passionate about student-centered learning and committed to the school’s Christian values.
- Ability to use educational technology and online learning platforms effectively.
- Valid teaching certification or equivalent qualification.
