Responsibilities
- Assist with daily accounting entries and bank reconciliations.
- Support the preparation of financial statements and month‑end close processes.
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions accurately.
- Maintain organized records of invoices, receipts, and supporting documentation.
- Help compile data for tax returns and regulatory compliance reports.
- Participate in ad‑hoc financial analysis and reporting projects.
- Learn and apply accounting software tools (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) under guidance.
- Contribute to a positive team environment and support other finance tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma/degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Basic understanding of accounting concepts and standards (e.g., GAAP, IFRS).
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills in English.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero) is an advantage.
