Responsibilities
- Assist with accurate and timely data entry of financial transactions, including invoices, payments, and expenses.
- Support the monthly reconciliation process for bank statements, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
- Organize, maintain, and archive financial documents and records in a systematic manner.
- Provide assistance in preparing basic financial reports and analyses as requested by the accounting team.
- Learn and apply generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and company-specific financial policies.
- Collaborate with senior accountants on special projects and ad-hoc tasks to gain broader exposure to financial operations.
- Assist with general administrative duties within the finance department, ensuring smooth daily operations.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
