Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
- Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes.
- Develop and implement robust internal financial controls to ensure compliance with local tax regulations and accounting standards.
- Analyze financial performance data to provide actionable insights and reports to the senior management team.
- Oversee cash flow management, bank reconciliations, and budgeting/forecasting activities.
- Mentor and coach the accounting team to enhance productivity, accuracy, and professional growth.
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants to facilitate annual audits and tax filings.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; a Master’s degree or CPA/CA certification is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory capacity.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian tax laws (PPh, PPN) and financial reporting standards.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Accurate, SAP, or Xero) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English, both written and verbal.
