Responsibilities

  • Process and record daily accounting transactions to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, including invoicing, payment processing, and vendor communications.
  • Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow to support financial planning.
  • Maintain the general ledger, chart of accounts, and fixed asset records.
  • Prepare and review monthly financial statements, management reports, and schedules for management review.
  • Assist with month-end close activities, financial analysis, and variance reporting.
  • Support internal and external audits and ensure compliance with tax and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of hands-on accounting experience; fresh graduates with internship exposure may be considered.
  • Strong knowledge of local accounting standards and tax regulations in the Philippines (BIR, VAT).
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and working knowledge of accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or local ERP).
