Responsibilities

  • Perform end-to-end Record-to-Report (RTR) processes including general ledger maintenance and account reconciliations.
  • Prepare and post recurring journal entries with high accuracy and adherence to accounting standards.
  • Execute timely month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities.
  • Analyze balance sheet accounts and resolve reconciling items promptly.
  • Assist in the preparation of internal and external financial reports for management review.
  • Ensure full compliance with local tax regulations and internal financial policies.
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives to streamline RTR workflows and increase efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve accounting discrepancies and provide analytical insights.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in RTR or general accounting functions.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.) and accounting ERP software.
  • Solid understanding of IFRS and local statutory reporting requirements.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
  • High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information professionally.
  • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment with minimal supervision.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
