As an integral part of our finance team, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with Indonesian tax regulations, and supporting the overall financial operations of the company. This role requires someone who can work independently while also collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
You will handle tax-related matters including preparation and filing of Annual Tax Returns, manage day-to-day accounting tasks using industry-standard software, and prepare financial reports that contribute to strategic business decisions. Your expertise in Microsoft Excel will be essential for data analysis and financial modeling.

Responsibilities
- Handle all tax-related matters including calculation, preparation, and filing of Annual Tax Returns (SPT Tahunan) in compliance with Indonesian tax regulations
- Process and record daily financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries
- Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and reconciliations
- Utilize accounting software including MYOB, Xero, and Accurate for bookkeeping and financial management
- Perform advanced Excel calculations and data analysis for financial reporting purposes
- Support internal and external audits by maintaining organized financial records and documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial accuracy and compliance across all departments
- Communicate professionally in English with international stakeholders, clients, and partners as required
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field from an accredited university
- Minimum of 1-3 years relevant experience in accounting or bookkeeping roles
- Proven ability to handle Indonesian tax matters and prepare Annual Tax Returns
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis
- Working knowledge of accounting software such as MYOB, Xero, or Accurate
- Professional-level English communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in financial documentation
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights
