Yume Motors Corporation, a premier Honda car dealership operating under the prestigious Borromeo Motoring Group, is currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accounting Supervisor to join our dynamic team in Mandaue City, Cebu.
As an Accounting Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the financial operations of our dealership, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting, and maintaining compliance with accounting standards. You will work closely with the finance team to drive operational excellence and support strategic business decisions.

Responsibilities
- Oversee daily accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries
- Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements and management reports
- Supervise and mentor accounting staff, providing guidance on accounting procedures and best practices
- Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Coordinate with external auditors during annual audits and tax filings
- Monitor budget implementation and provide variance analysis to department heads
- Streamline accounting processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency
- Maintain updated knowledge of Philippine accounting standards (PFRS) and tax regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA license is an advantage
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Proficient in accounting software and MS Office applications, particularly Excel
- Strong understanding of Philippine accounting standards and tax regulations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail
- Effective communication and leadership abilities
- Experience in the automotive or retail industry is preferred
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
