Responsibilities

  • Manage daily bookkeeping, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Prepare and process monthly payroll, invoices, and expense claims.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports and bank reconciliations.
  • Coordinate general office administration duties, including stationery procurement and office equipment maintenance.
  • Handle incoming calls, correspondence, and greet visitors professionally.
  • Maintain and update internal filing systems and confidential personnel records.
  • Support the management team with ad-hoc administrative projects and data entry.

Qualifications

  • Diploma in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in an accounting or administrative role.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel (VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables).
  • Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Xero, MYOB, or similar systems).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
