Responsibilities
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes accurately and efficiently
- Handle full sets of accounts including journal entries, ledger reconciliations, and month-end closing
- Process invoices, payments, and receipts while maintaining proper documentation
- Support logistics coordination and inventory-related documentation
- Prepare and maintain financial reports and account summaries
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve accounting issues
- Assist in budget preparation and monitoring activities
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Proven experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, or full sets accounting
- Familiarity with logistics or supply chain operations is advantageous
- Proficient in accounting software and MS Office applications
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills in English
